Our standard turnaround time for removable cases is typically 10–14 business days, depending on complexity. If you need faster service, please reach out to us directly to see if rush options are available.

What’s the process for adjusting or relining a denture?

If your patient needs adjustments or relines, we ask that you return the denture with specific instructions regarding the issue (e.g., pressure spots, looseness, occlusion). We will assess and reline or adjust the denture as needed to ensure optimal fit and function.

Can you make custom trays for impressions?

Yes, we offer custom trays for both full dentures and partials. Please include specific instructions if you need a custom tray designed for your patient’s unique needs.

How do I ensure a good fit for a partial denture?

A good fit requires accurate impressions and proper bite registration. We recommend taking extra care when recording the occlusal relationships to ensure your partial fits comfortably. We’re happy to discuss any adjustments that might be needed once you receive the case.

Can I order a temporary partial or denture for my patient?

Yes, we provide temporary or provisional dentures and partials for patients transitioning between extractions and final restorations. Please indicate your patient’s needs clearly on the lab slip when ordering.

Do you offer implant-retained overdentures?

Yes, we specialize in implant-retained overdentures, using both bar-retained and locator attachments depending on the case requirements. Send us the necessary implant information and impressions to get started.

What is your policy on denture repairs? Can patients drop off and pick up their own dentures?

We offer a full range of denture repair services, from simple fractures to more extensive damage. Please send the denture with clear written instructions detailing the repair needed. We will provide an estimate before proceeding.

Patients are welcome to drop off and pick up their own dentures directly at our lab. Please call us ahead of time, or have the patient contact us to coordinate. Payment arrangements with the patient are your responsibility, as we will invoice you at the end of the month.
